My darling, it's been almost 6 years--so hard to fathom! In many ways I've learned that it is as said: When we grieve deeply, we don't get over our grief, it just gets different. Sometimes, it still feels like the first month; I still find myself feeling that I should be able to turn around and talk to you, that you are just behind me.
